Black Rioters in Cincinnati

Racial rioting broke out in Cincinnati, Ohio after the shooting of a Black suspect, Timothy Thomas, by a four-year veteran White police officer, Steve Roach. Thomas, who was fleeing police, jumped a 10-foot fence behind an abandoned building. When confronted by officer Roach, Thomas reached in his pocket, and believing Thomas was reaching for a gun, was shot dead. It turned out that Thomas was unarmed.

Local news media, in a rush to play the race card, played up the shooting by focusing on the fact that Officer, Steve Thomas, was White and the suspect was Black. Angry mobs of Black rioters attacked innocent Whites, burned buildings and looted businesses. Though Ohio has a Hate Crime statute, none of the Black attackers who targeted Whites have been arrested and no mention of using the State's Hate Crime laws has been made.

There is no doubt that had these rioters been White, and the victims Black, Ohio State Attorney General Betty D. Montgomery, and Federal Officials, would have begun an immediate investigation and offered huge rewards for the arrest and conviction of Whites who had attacked Blacks. The FBI would have filed federal civil rights charges against the White attackers and soon we would see a TV miniseries focusing on the pain caused by "hate" in America. But when the victims of racial violence are White, there is no justice and no public outcry.

The select use of hate Crime Laws is not unique. Recent Black rioting during Seattle, Washington's Fat Tuesday celebration was caught on video by TV helicopters. Whites were beaten, raped and killed by Black rioters and Black mobs. Though many of the attackers were caught on tape committing these crimes, no Hate Crime charges have been filed, leaving many bewildered, liberal, Whites in Washington State angry and confused. One White killed during the Seattle riots was 20-year-old Kristopher Kime, who was bludgeoned to death while trying to help a young White girl that had been attacked. Kime was struck in the back of the head and stomped to death by a Black mob. Had European Americans carried out this horrendous crime it would have been the subject of international outrage and lawmakers and "Black leaders" would be calling for an end to "hate" in America.

8-year-old Kevin Shifflet killed by Black attacker

In one of the most startling cases of Black on White crime was the brutal stabbed 8-year-old Kevin Shifflett in Alexandria, Virginia in April 2000. Kevin was playing in his front yard when a Black attacked brutally stabbed him to death. Kevin Shifflett, a boy described by neighbors and family as polite and courteous, died at the scene. His great-grandmother and a good Samaritan were injured by the attacker as they came to the boy's aid. Police conspired to cover-up evidence, and prosecutors refused to charge a Black murderer with the State's Hate Crime laws. Though a note was found in the attackers house that stated that the Black murderer was targeting Whites, police hid the note and local media refused to print the racial details of the case.

Black violence and vandelism is covered under Ohio's Hate Crime Statutes

No Hate Crime charges were filed against two homosexuals who raped and tortured to death 13-year-old Jesse Dirkhising in Rogers, Arkansas. Though this case received some national publicity, state prosecutors refused to charge the men with a hate crime.

Another example of the selective use of State Hate Crime laws was rioting in New York City's Central Park during the Puerto Rican day festival in June 2000. Hispanic and Black youths were again caught on tape attacking innocent Whites, raping some and forcibly fondling White woman. New York State has a tough Hate Crime law but non-White attackers, though arrested, were not charge with Hate Crimes.

There is little doubt that the promotion of the few crimes committed by Whites against minorities, by the controlled mass media, is fueling the flames of racial hatred and violence against Whites. According to recent crime statistics 95% of all interracial crime is Black on White. The national media suppresses the overwhelming number of crimes against Whites and instead promotes the rare White on Black crime as a national tragedy. This untrue characterization leads to more Black hatred and violence against White people. Distorted reporting of cross-race crimes ends up costing additional European American lives.

One thing that we can do to make a difference is to contact our state legislators and tell them that you want to see so-called Hate Crime statutes repealed or enforced equally. State Representatives and Senators are responsible for passing these laws and should be held accountable for their use. You can find out who your State Representatives and Senators are by visiting your state's web site. These sites contain contact information for your elected officials. Let these officials know that you are opposed to your state's Hate Crime statutes but if they are on the book you want them enforced equally. Help make your voice heard. Calling the Governor is an effective way to get your message across. Be polite and tell the staffer who answers the phone that you want to leave a message for the Governor. Tell the staff member that you are outraged at the lawless behavior of Black rioters and their attacks on Whites. Tell them that you demand that the Governor ask Ohio State Attorney General Betty D. Montgomery to charge Blacks who attacked Whites used Ohio's Hate Crime statute. Be sure to be polite and brief. Remember, this is a staff member, not the Governor.

We have come a long way in the last year but not far enough. Though we now have a voice that reaches many of our major cities, we must work together to effectively organize our people and force our government to accept N.O.F.E.A.R. as a viable partner for community relations. Never has it been more important to work together and organize our people against injustice and hatred.
